The only way to earn Strange Favor to rank up with Xur is to complete the Dares of Eternity activity. Players looking to earn the catalyst for the new Forerunner exotic sidearm will have to rank up to level 16 with Xur, meaning a fair amount of grinding will be required. Luckily, players will also be earning rolls of the new Halo -themed weapons in Destiny 2 , like the BXR-55 Battler Rif

Eager Edge sounds great for the Crucible, while Duelist's Trance will likely find niche use in some Sword-based Titan builds using Strongholds. Other than that, Whirlwind Blade is still probably the best damage perk you'll get in the first column, while Harmony is an intriguing new possibility in the second col

It's hard to imagine anything replacing my Slideshot Ignition Code, but Pardon Our Dust comes pretty close. Ambitious Assassin , Auto-Loading Holster , and Perpetual Motion are all good options in the first column, while the second perk column has literally no bad options. Maybe try the newly revamped Adrenaline Junkie perk if you like to throw grenades, or stick with Vorpal for some extra boss dam

Before starting the activity, be sure to grab all the bounties that Xur offers, as most can be completed in one run, and they are not challenging to do. Then, to start the new activity, head to the 'Eternity' location on the map director and select ' Dares of Eternity ' from there. The normal activities mode has matchmaking, while the 1320 power level legend mode requires a pre-made fireteam and offers special armor that can take two charged light mods. After spawning into the activity, take the portal in front of spawn to head to the activity's first area. First, spin the 'Wheel of Adversity,' which will tell the fireteam what enemy type they are fighting before each encounter. Players will want to bring weapons that clear out large groups of enemies as well as do decent boss/mini-boss damage, making the return of Gjallarhorn in Destiny 2 even more essent

Steadyhand HCS sights and a Handling masterwork can go a long way to making Eyasluna feel snappier, while your PvE and PvP perks are honestly up to personal preference, but here's a few recommendati

Gaining constant damage resistance, health on grenade kills, Super energy, and damage buffs are just a few things that Charged with Light can provide. For those willing to learn, we'll give a comprehensive breakdown of what exactly Charged with Light is and how to make use of

Spending every night hammering out repeatable bounties on the moon takes no skill. Once you’ve reached your pinnacle level cap, there’s nothing left to do to prove you’re capable of taking on the Grandmaster Nightfall. The only thing standing in your way is a massive, arbitrary grind through repetitive, meaningless content. It doesn’t feel like you’re working towards anything - just a grind for grind’s sake.

This is going to be a divisive opinion amongst the Destiny community. Grandmaster Nightfalls are the very end of the endgame. They are the pinnacle PVE challenge for the most dedicated Destiny players. They’re unbelievably challenging and completely inaccessible until you’ve reached a power level that far exceeds the requirements for any other activity, including raids. Grandmaster Nightfalls are designed to be a top-tier challenge for hardcore players, and that’s exactly what they are. My concern isn’t with the challenge or the dedication required to access them, but rather the empty, soulless grind to get there. If you want to be leveled appropriately for a Grandmaster, you have to grind Destiny 2 Weapons full time, day-in and day-out, for months. I just don’t think you should have to dedicate your life to Destiny - or any game - to complete the hardest content.

So there I was, stuck between using Golden Gun or switching to my Titan. I ended up using my Golden Gun Hunter in a stubborn attempt to prove that Hunters can still pump out great damage. We did not defeat the Templar that night.
