Instead of the Servitor exploding, it'll turn into a temporary object you can roll around. Roll the Servitor orb to a gravity lift that faces the Fallen Shield , the massive structure at the center of the arena. If the gravity lift is aiming for one of the structure's orange pads, you're set. Roll the orb under the lift, then charge the lift with a Scorch Cannon to destroy part of the shield. Repeat this five more times to finish the encounter. There's no timer or pressure mechanics here, so take your time. Use the gravity lift under the structure when the encounter ends to reach the final b

We were stuck in the Vault of Glass for hours. My team was doing everything in their power to take down the Master variant of Templar in hopes of claiming our own Timelost Fatebringer. Alas, our damage output wasn’t enough to finish the boss. I started to pitch a few ideas.

The main draw for this weapon is the consistency of damage and accuracy from any range, with precision hits further increasing the output. The catalyst even rewards the player for hip-firing the weapon by increasing the RPM and time-to-kill. With the right perk combination, this thing is an absolute must-have for any player wanting to dominate a lo

You need to finish this encounter before the chest spawns. Make your way to the center Fallen base, the area right below the Fallen Shield you just blew up. You'll want to use the gravity lift to reach a waterfall near you. Assuming the direction you face upon entering the encounter is north, you'll want to face east. Hop over to the base, damage the Vandal there, then use the nearby gravity lift to hop back to the central Fallen base. Climb up the dome-shaped Fallen building—the building that houses the Scorch Cannon Vandal—to reach the ch

When you run Dares of Eternity two times consecutively, you'll start an Activity Streak . While this streak is active, subsequent Dares of Eternity runs will grant an additional +25 Strange Favor per streak bonus . This Activity Streak caps out at five consecutive completions. You'll gain this bouns regardless of a successful completion or not; playing Dares of Eternity is all you need to

The goal of this fight is to remove Phry'zhia's shield by depositing Engrams into a crystal altar. The altar is right next to the destroyed bridge at the end of the arena. Every Hive Acolyte in this encounter will drop one Engram, granting x1 Burdened by Riches. Hive Knights drop three Engrams. You'll want to reach x25 Burdened by Riches as a team to start the DPS ph

So how did we get to this point? Most community members have pointed to the Breach And Clear mod in Season of the Splicer, but I feel this slow descent into obsolescence started with the release of Shadowkeep. This expansion did two things:

You can only hold one Starhorse bounty at a time, so this quest step is going to require at least three runs of Dares of Eternity. There aren't many ways to speed up the activity itself, but there are a few things you can do to ensure your team reaches the 160,000 point thresh

Helmets are about to suffer the same fate as arms, arguably worse. While most arm mods give minor buffs in PvE, helmet mods include ammo finders that bypass Destiny 2 Exotics’s otherwise random ammo economy. Most players run two ammo finders in PvE, but now they’ll be forced to use one if they want to take advantage of Charged with Light or other Orb mods. Crucible players will need to forgo targeting mods altogether if they want their Primary and Special weapons to spawn Orbs.

That’s one hell of a laundry list. Even if a newer player somehow has all of that , you’re going to need armor with enough upgrades to fit all of those mandatory mods. Unless you can Masterwork your armor—the reason you’d be running Master Nightfalls in the first place—you’ll also be limiting which weapons you can use since these Orb-generating mods only work for certain damage types. Unfortunately, that might not be the worst part of this change.

To be clear, I do not want any class nerfed. I just want Hunters to feel useful again. Let Shadowshot stack with Artifact debuffs. Make Bottom Tree Golden Gun deal slightly more damage than Thundercrash if you land all three headshots. Give Arcstrider something . Revert the Duskfield changes. Those would be some great first steps to giving back some of the identity that Hunters lost months ago.
